Hansi grew up in Austria, where he still lives. Initially, he focused on interactive installations, but since he has a strong interest in math, music, and programming, creating oscilloscope music has become his perfect rabbit hole. In a close collaboration with Jerobeam Fenderson, which began in 2014, they have been exploring approaches to audio synthesis that dissolve the boundary between sound and geometry.
