Guest Lecture: Philippos Theocharidis

Philippos Theocharidis studied Electronic music and Electronics (BSc, Keele UK), Music Technology (MA, Newcastle-Upon-Tyne, UK) and Human-computer Interaction in Electronic Music (PhD, Ionian University, Corfu, Greece). He has taught Electronic MusicSound Recording and Computer Interaction for Musical Applications at the University of Macedonia, the Ionian University and the Technological Institute of the Ionian Islands, currently at the Hellenic Mediterranean University. He is also active as a recording and live sound engineer and a sound designer for theatre. He has been lead technician / co-organiser for numerous electroacoustic music concerts utilizing multi-speaker arrangements for sound diffusion.
